On Oct 4 2012 SandraB wrote, ...night. I woke up the next day and had the worst bump on my leg. As the day progressed, I was in so much pain and itching uncontrollably. I looked and sure enough, I have about 8 bites on my ankle. I stayed in room 2235. I am so disgusted by how much I paid and this is what I get? And after looking online, this hotel clearly has a bed bug problem and they are in denial to DO NOT STAY HERE. BEWARE!

On Aug 19 2012 Stayed at Hilton night of 8/17/2012 in room 2041, woke to find several bites on my ankle, did not notice until later that day both legs have 7 to 10 bites each all in a row.

On Jun 21 2012 Woke up and looked at my daughter and saw a bug crawling next to her on her pillow.jumped up and told everyone to get up and check the beds. Sure enough,we found 7 or 8 of the bugs and caught them in a cup to show the hotel that we weren't making it up.Went to the front desk and told them my problem and they said,I didn't know what I was talking and wrong!I asked to be moved to another but was told...

On Oct 3 2011 RMD wrote, 10/3/11. Room 1049 Work up, in mirror saw bug across shirt, thought it was tic. Looked up it was bed bug. Went and turned back sheets I just slept in and about 12 bugs in bed with little blood stains on sheet disgusting. Not satisfied yet with way they are handling this. Vey non responsive
