Management did absolutely everything they could to make this as hard to deal with as possible. On Nov 30 2010 Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel (room 204) from 10/31/10 - 11/1/10. On the second night I found a bed bug on my girlfriend's pillow. It just fed because it was bloated and bright red. We brought the bug to the front desk to report the incident.
