On Nov 29 2010 Smiley wrote, We staid at this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend and my daughter was in room 122. She was bitten over 10 times by bed bugs and I saw two. One of which I wrapped up and took to the office. Upon telling the cleaning staff to be careful when she cleaned that room, her response was, "Oh no, again!" I was very upset that they would allow someone to stay in a room that they knew had an infestation.
