On Mar 12 2012 butterfly2551 wrote, ...we took it off the bed. The people who were going to a game smoked and were a bit noisy but quited down by nine that evening. The smokimg rooms and non smoking rooms were mixed every other room on the same floor making the smell of smoke come into our room. All this and I woke up BED BUG marks on the side of my stomach! When we complained the desk help looked indifferent and could not care less.

My next visit I will never return and any hotel I go to know I will not only check for bed bugs , but have them lift the beds up to see if it is clean under beds if they have boards around them. If they refuse I will leave. The board of health should know about this and they should clean up their act remove boards and clean under beds. This is just a heads up for people who stay in hotels...

Even without the bugs, this hotel should not be branded as a Comfort Inn. I'm not sure if it is being remodeled or if it always looks this way, but the wallpaper is stapled to the wall.
