On Aug 13 2011 On 8/12/11 Found bed bug on bedspread in room #263, showed it to manager then moved to room #463 check the the mattress and found small brown stains at foot of mattress consistent with pictures on website. Was told how they deal with it by taking room out of service for a couple of months and bringing in bug service. The percepition was they have experience with this type of issue.
