We were in our room for an hour and found bedbug nymphs on our sons bed pillow, my older son smashed about 5 of them and that left big blood stains on the pillow case. On Nov 1 2011 ...I went to bed around 11:00 and woke up around 1:30 to go to the bathroom. Since I am aware of the bed bug problem in hotels, I turned on the light when I was going back to bed and saw a bed bug crawling across the sheet. When we reported it to the staff they seemed disinterested and didn't take our complaint very seriously. We ended up leaving the hotel for another place that was more customer oriented.
