On Aug 23 2012 Suzy wrote, My friend and I stayed at this Red Rood and in the morning I found a bed bug and had bites on my legs, we reported it to the hotel and they took care of it, called the manager and he refunded my money and reported this to their incident firm up in Ohio, I did get a call from a lady there and she told me what to do and not to do and that there were other bed bugs found in our room when it was examined....

On May 24 2010 Shelly wrote, ...days the bites got progressively worse and due to the pattern and appearance of them, there is no doubt in my mind that they are bed bug bites. I hope to ____ that I did not take any home with me! I will never go back to this hotel again as long as I live. The place was always filthy, I really don't think the hotel's management will be willing to take care of the problem thoroughly and properly.
