On Sep 18 2012 We stayed mid-July 2012. Have never had bed bugs before. Thought it was mosquito bites. When returned home, our luggage was returned under our bed. Within a couple of days I had several bites on me when I woke up. Visited the Dr & they confirmed bed bugs. We will NEVER stay there again!

On Nov 7 2011 My kids had a swim party that evening. We woke up the very next morning of 11/6/2011 and they were eaten alive. I was furious that we had to have this encounter and the staff at the front desk didn't seem to care not one bit it was as though it didn't alarm them at all. Bed bugs are a huge problem we seen at least seven of them please do not stay here.

On Sep 11 2010 cawspaws1 wrote, ...Room 124 said they had been bitten by something last night. One of the girls had caught one of the bugs and squished it - it popped. I looked on the pillow and there was a red-brown spot . I went in search of bedbugs. We tore the bed apart. There in the folds of the fitted sheet we saw something that looked like an apple seed. It was moving. We were able to capture it. It definitely is a bedbug....

On Aug 3 2010 robbybobbie wrote, Several rooms we had our employees staying at had bed bug. Would seem that the managment knew they had an issue before we ever got there. The hotel was not very helpful in finding other accomidations or forth coming with a refund unless pressed.
