On Feb 3 2011 We found bed bugs in both beds in the room as we were tucking our kids in. We reported it right away. The clerk at the desk dismissed it at first but management put us in a different room. They did not charge us for our stay. Insuring we did not bring any home with us was a lot of work and we're still feeling creeped out by the whole thing.
