On Apr 14 2010 JimmyK wrote, ...at this hotel, but this place was the worst hotel I've ever experienced. First off, there were bed bugs in two of the rooms me and my colleagues were in. Roaches were crawling on the floor of the restrooms near the pool. All that and I suspect an employee went into my mail and stole gift cards out of the envelope. I hand a piece of mail to a young female desk clerk and asked her to mail it for me....

On Jan 29 2009 Holiday Inn wrote, Stayed in room 336 during the week of Jan 13 and got some bites. Thought they were just regular bug bites so didn\'t report incident on the spot. Went home afterwards and did some research and suspected that they were bed bug bites so called the hotel and reported incident. They said they would look into it. Stayed in room 334 the week of Jan 26. Got a lot more bites this time so reported incident...
