On Nov 11 2011 bugsthehelloutofme wrote, ...out dated. Green carpet that looked like from a put put golf course. that ended up being the best part of the room. We always check our mattress (we travel often) you could see the black stains from the bed bugs all the way around the edges of the mattress. When it was reported our only response we received back was, must have been a past issue that we cleared up. STAY CLEAR, OR TRAVEL WITH ORKIN

On Nov 9 2011 Thecitygirl wrote, I recently stayed at this resort, it is terrible condition. The bed had about a thousand bed bugs on mattress. We had two rooms and the other room was also infested. We immediately checked out. And management wouldn't refund. I was in tears as we couldn't find another hotel in immediate area! Do not stay here, terrible experience!
