On Nov 4 2011 KRIS H wrote, ...very small discount off our bill. This hotel overcharges considering the poor quality, condition, and service we received. It is too bad, because it looked like the hotel used to be nice. The only positive aspect is the location in downtown, and that I did not find any bedbugs. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I know there are nicer hotels in Eau Claire that cost less then this place.

The location was easy to find and park. The best thing is there were NO bedbugs, so that was really important. The parking garage was under construction, so there were fewer parking spots available.
