On Apr 15 2012 rsteven wrote, ...that I had to clean myself, all surfaces were either dusty or sticky, the bed had what looked like bed bugs (very small black dots) and was loaded with food crumbs, the sheets were stained with red / brown spots, and the window wouldn't close all the way.
