On Oct 27 2012 Found bedbug in bed shortly after checking in. Called desk, they sent someone up who took a picture of it with cell phone. Offered us another room, we choose to check-out and went to another hotel.

The service seemed fine and I was sleeping well, until THE BED BUGS came and bit my entire right side of my body. The staff were quick to switch rooms but tried to charge me for the extra room. Unacceptable. It is no secret that there is a bed bug problem in North America, this hotel should have been much more accommodating! BEWARE!
