She claimed she saw some bugs on the wall and after a while I recognized several bedbugs behind a picture and she caught one on the bed sheet! We gave the bag to the manager with a note of our complaints and checked out. We had booked through AARP/Expedia so our room was prepaid and they did not give us any refund.

On Jul 31 2012 Checked in on 7-20-12. As per last report and numerous previous reports, this hotel knows full well of their infestations and yet when we found the bugs upon our second night and brought it to the managers attention, he claimed that they had no idea they had bed bugs. On Nov 14 2011 Found one bug in bed in morning. upon searching found two more + shells + feces on boxspring cover. Checked joining room and also found bugs there. Powder on wall behind bed and under bed evidence of prior treatment for bedbugs so hotel is aware but not upfront about problem.

On Apr 22 2011 April 17-20th 2011. Stayed there this past week, 3 nights, and 4 of the 5 of us have bed bug bites by the 2nd and 3rd day. We had two rooms and both room had bed bugs. Itchy! Bumpy! Gross!
