Spent an uncomfortable night and was woken around 5:30 am to doors slamming and bed bug bites around my ankles. This hotel was all around a horrifying experience that I would hate to live again. Don't waste your time or money on a hotel that is supposed to be 3 1/2 stars but felt much more like 2. This hotel is Terrible!w

On Feb 28 2012 My wife and I stayed here on 2/20/12. She woke up the next morning with 8-10 bits all over her body. There is no doubt that there are bed bugs here. I managed to avoid the little buggers. Stay away! We are just hoping we did not bring them home with us.

On Aug 29 2011 Lisa M wrote, ...restuarant or order room service so i cannot comment on that. The bed was newer and semi comfortable. I did a thorough bed bug check upon entering the room and was relieved to find none. Location of the hotel was great and it was not noisy at all. Sure it could use some updating as it IS an older hotel but I'm not that picky. Overall I was happy with the hotel and found it to be worth the cost.

The linen appeared to be stained in parts and I could make out bed bugs underneath, the mattress was probably ancient and I would hate to vacuum the bed and see what comes off. The carpet also had marks, but care factor was zero. Bathroom is pretty tired looking and has been touched up, but standing over the bath to shower with a old tatty curtain is pretty depressing....

On Feb 9 2010 I stayed there to take the CA Bar Exam in July 2009. I awoke around 4am to the feeling of something crawling on me. I turned on the light and found 3 bed bugs on the sheets. I later spoke with a member of the housekeeping staff who admitted this was an ongoing problem.

Hotel staffs said that they were just ordinary bugs, which later turned out "bed bugs." We had to suffer 10 days due to them, entirely ruining our summer vacation.
