On Jul 30 2012 Annoyed in LA wrote, I stayed at this hotel on July 1st, 2012. Unfortunately, I did not notice the bugs until after I was in the bed. The hotel switched my room, but did not apologize for the situation. There was no sense of urgency to the matter, more like a oh well from the person at the front desk. When I spoke to the manager in the morning the clerk had not made her aware of the situation.

And they charge money for using internet, which I have never experienced so far. The only good thing is that I don't see bed bugs in my bed.

There is only one functioning elevator, which is stained by graffiti and used chewing gum. The place is dirty and appears to be falling apart. Possible bed bugs.
