On Jun 5 2012 Ben H wrote, ...understandable, if annoying), the staff being jumpy and defensive. With all that though, the worst part was that the room I was in had bed-bugs or something similar and I woke up covered in bites. I got moved to another room briefly but that one populated by a couple dozen flies, which I was told just had to be shooed out. All told, not my favorite place to be and would recommend going elsewhere.

On Mar 15 2012 muskrat2 wrote, ...at the front desk suggested that we could (if we were not afraid) walk three blocks to the Renaissance and use theirs. They did allow us to store our luggage, so at 5:30 PM we hauled our luggage down to the Renaissance and stowed away on their shuttle. The internet to print a boarding pass was not free-$ 5 minimum. On the plus side-the room was small, but clean and passed the bed bug inspection.

On Feb 19 2011 johnatmaverick wrote, bed bugs, beg bugs and more bed bugs. the essential, thing one need in a motel, is a bed to slee, but if one ways up the next morning with welts and scratching, it is a disaster.
