I wasn't expecting the Hilton but for the rate you pay for this hotel you do expect at least a clean room and affable service. On my first day checking in I was about to hop into the shower after a long flight, and one of the staff just unlocked my room without even knocking and barged in. On Dec 8 2011 ilma g wrote, I am a flight attendant with American Airlines. I stayed at the hotel the night of 12/7/2011. The bed was infested with bedbugs so intense that I needed to go to the medical clinic before my next flight for treatment on the rash covering most of my body, especially my neck. You would think management would have at least offered a refund.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE COVERED IN BED BUG BITES DO NOT STAY HERE! NEVER AGAIN! I expected more from Travelodge! I am not usually a complainer at all and i'n not fussy but this was just horrible and still gives me nightmares!
