On Aug 3 2011 08/03/2011 at 3:00A.M woke up with bugs in bed and also crawing on wall beside the bad. Called hotel staff to come see the bugs. Hotel staff is keeping the bugs to show to exterminator.Unaware of what type of bug it was.

On Mar 4 2011 chele372002 wrote, ...desk clerk was no where to be found for the duration of the night. To make matters worse the A/C stopped working at 1:00 a.m. still no desk clerk so needless to say it was not a good evening. To top matters off we may have picked up bed bugs from the hotel - our luggage is currently at Terminex along with all the great clothes we picked up at the outlet mall. This hotel is a bit seedy and risky
