Not at the Iron Horse and when they do they throw the old sheets onto the bed (don't even attempt to tuck in), don't disinfect or wipe a single surface, or vacuum. Was bummed that we left a tip. All they care about is making sure that the coffee and towels are replaced. I would rather stay somewhere else that cares about the service...

On Aug 31 2010 ...has reported twice, that the Iron Horse Inn owners, the City of Steamboat Springs, have acknowledged the ongoing bedbug problem. The managers of the Inn have replaced all the beds, but I don't know if that resolved the problem, since they didn't say whether they exterminated, and I understand that bedbugs have developed resistance to pesticides that don't contain the banned substance DDT.
