On Aug 6 2011 Bill32704 wrote, ...I tried to check out. Our room was too small for our king bed, was not clean, had bad smell, had bedbugs, etc. Also had dubious characters closeby: young couple in car smoking weed, guy arriving by taxi greeted by woman in very short skirt, etc. Woman at desk wouldn't give me a written statement. Said only Expedia could do so . Expedia billed for 5 nights, even after I told their woman (in Phillipines)...
