On Mar 1 2011 Called the hotel to see if there had been any bedbug reports since the 2008 report seen on this website and there was an incident that occurred just last week on 2/20/11. The precautionary measures that were taken were not up to standard, all that was done was a strip down of linens and a spray throughout the room. On Sep 25 2008 Best Western Regent Inn wrote, Checked into room 106 of the Best Western Regent Inn in Mansfield Center, CT on September 24, 2008. While getting ready for bed I noticed live bed bugs on the pillow and mattress. The room had twin beds and one bed had been stripped bare of the covers.
