On Oct 10 2010 Jessica M. wrote, ...the room that night, we changed, and got into bed. It was only ten minutes later that I noticed a bug crawling on the pillow. I put it in a plastic baggie and brought it down to the fron desk, where they offered us another room! HA! No thanks! They wouldn't refund our money because the manager wasn't answering the phone. So we had to pay for two more rooms at another hotel, at eleven pm! What a slum.

The bugs were all different sizes. It was like a nightmare. I imagine they must have an infestation to have so many bugs in one room, but I'm not an expert.
