On Jan 4 2012 ...ending in mid 2011. While I worked there, management demanded that we inform guests of being "bed bug free" even though they laughed and murmured that it wasn't "exactly true." By February of 2011, dogs were called in to rid of a second infestation during my time at the location. Since they continued to lie to customers, even after I resigned, I figured this needed to be brought to guests attention.

On Dec 14 2010 upset and itchy wrote, ...thight. on 12/12/ 2010 i requested a rm change. 12/13 i had another 6 bites. i called my adjuster to be moved to the resident inn next door. so on top of being displaced due a fire, i am suffering from sleepless nights and itchy bedbug bites. the enviroment manger confirmed the infestation by visual examination.i however had to transfer my belonging twice and the last time in the freezing temps.
