On Aug 25 2011 Found a bed bug crawling up the wall in room 217 on 8/13/2011 and on 8/14/2011 my boyfriend had 30+ bed bug bites on him from romm 132.

On Aug 22 2011 We checked into this hotel on 8/12/2011 and when we woke up the next morning there was a bed bug crawling up the wall. My boyfriend put the bug in a cup and took it to the front desk. Of course we didn't hear any appologies for the inconvenience of having to move into another room from the front desk clerk. When I got back home, my daughter who stayed in the same room called and told me she had 40+ bug bites. Bites swelled up and in the pattern that bed bugs cause. Called the customer service line that I booked the hotel at and they told me that it was not their resposiblity, go call the hotel yourself.
