On Oct 13 2011 Should have found this site before I chose to stay at what I thought might be a safe bet in this area. Woke to find bites on arms and back. Searched the mattress and found a group of live bugs. Reported to management and they denied, denied, denied that they were bed bugs! Passing through the area and didn't have time to argue. Management was a JOKE!

On Jan 3 2011 12/23 Woke up in the morning with one arm covered in bites. My 2 children had bites that showed up within a few days - my toddler has bites on her face and feet and it makes me want to cry! For what we paid to stay here for 1 night, we shouldn't have to deal with this! Praying that we didn't bring them home with us. Staff was helpful, but didn't find anything after a 3 minute sweep of the mattresses....
