On May 20 2012 M. from Ohio wrote, ...we were both itchy and had red spots all over. Mine were more like spider bites so I didn't think anything of it, but my husband was covered from head to toe in big welts. His dermatologist confirmed it was bed bugs. Hotel management refunded our money without too much of a fight, so that makes me believe they are fully aware of the problem but refuse to do anything about it. Don't stay here.
