On Oct 16 2012 On October 12,2012 we checked into room #619 Best Western Ft.Myers Waterfront Hotel. Noticed a few bugs in the carpet then pulled down the bed covers and noticed a bug. I pulled off the mattress sheet to find black marks around the seems on all sides of the mattress. We asked for a room change and did not have a problem with the other room. I found out the next day another family had the same problem...

On Apr 14 2011 Acuz wrote, ...but someone from the other room called me early Saturday morning to say, "check your bed, we have bed bugs." I went to their room to see. Their bed was infested with bed bugs and two of the girls who slept in that room had been bitten; there was blood on the sheet and bitten places on the girls' arms and legs. The bugs were crawling all over the sides of the mattress and springs and the bed skirt....
