On Jul 14 2012 CL wrote, Severely bitten in first floor room the night of 7/11/12/-7/12/12. Management says that cruise ship passengers bring them in on luggage. Management offered a spray after the fact but it was too late for that.

On Feb 5 2006 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, ...who work the desk were curt and down right rude to everyone who asks them any questions. The toilets overflow. The place smells and it is a wonder how the Board of Health has not come and shut them down. Good luck to anyone who chooses to stay there. oh, did I mention the bedbugs? YES! bedbugs. 2 of the rooms had bedbugs in the sheets as the bites were confirmed from the Dr. Just plain GROSS!
