On Jun 13 2012 June 11-12. Room 229. We stayed at hotel for two night.second night I woke at 4am with over a dozen bites.checked bed and both beds in the room were infested. Staff was trying to deny the infestation. Its bad!

On Sep 4 2010 Disappointed Guest wrote, Room 470. Stayed one night and was waken at 2:30am to my horror. I was infested by a dozen bed bugs. I tried reporting to the receiptionist, but I was ignored. No phone calls back or responses. Big mistake by them. Never stay here again!

We always do a thorough room check before unpacking in ANY hotel: check seams on all mattresses for signs, under mattresses, in drawers, behind headboard w/flashlight, etc. We found nothing but very clean, stain-free mattresses. Nobody was bit by anything. We had no problems and didn't see a single bug anywhere except butterflies by the pool.
