On Jul 2 2012 jubileejan wrote, ...were lovely and soft. i agree that the pool area was starting to look a little shabby and some of the corridor areas but overall it was ok. not plush as you would expect from a hilton but not terrible. reception staff a little off handed and the female concierge not very welcoming or helpful. having read the reviews about bed bugs i wouldnt want to stay here again even though we had no problems.

On Aug 31 2011 Mary S wrote, ...picked up the sheet to look at the mattress. The mattress piping was dirty and had "rust" stains " (bedbugs?) and it was torn. That did it for me. but -on my way back to tell them I wasn't staying and not to charge me. I noticed the housekeeping room was open and it was a mess. I left and they didn't charge me. I can't help but wonder why Hilton would allow this low standard to carry thier name.

On Apr 30 2011 wearever wrote, ...place. 5. Went to go to sleep after dinner and there were specs of blood stains on the sheets - bed bugs? So we called AGAIN and they moved us to a tower room. 6.
