On May 6 2012 My husband stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel, which appears to be at the same address (1950 Glades Rd) in Boca Raton. He stayed there Thursday, May 3 - Sunday, May 6 and arrive home covered in bed bugs. He went to the doctor, which confirmed the bed bugs, and gave him creams to relieve the itch. Everything was thrown away. The hotel did not charge for his stay there.

On Sep 27 2011 ...began to believe it was from the hotel and notified the front desk. The engineer manager came to the room and began to look in the sheets and under the mattress and box frame and there we All saw BED BUGS! To make matters worse, the manager did not seem the least bit concerned that there were bed bugs nor was he even phased when I showed him my 8 year old's face and body were covered in bites!

Because I now inspect beds for bedbugs before unpacking, I pulled up the corner of the bed linnens and found no bed bugs, but did find a long black hair. On Feb 15 2009 bigper wrote, Had to change rooms 5 times until we found a suitable room. Woke up in the morning covered in bites from bugs and I think I saw some but don't really know what they look like. Avoid this hotel at all costs they should pay you to stay there.
