On Feb 8 2011 Snotripr wrote, ...and small roll-away bed. We had already paid for the reservation and used some non-refundable rewards points-so we agreed. Then we found out later that the sofa-sleeper was broken and when we asked for a replacement, the clerks said all he could do was make a note that the sofa sleeper was broken for the manager! On Nov 26 2010 Laudot wrote, ...I inspected my bed and slowly pulled back the top sheet like I had on the other and two small bugs scurried out! I jumped and so did my father. We really did not want to deal with the thought of being bitten and potentially carrying these bugs home with us so he called the front desk to complain and the woman gave us another room and apologized.(bet that wasnt the first time she had got that complaint!)...

On Feb 25 2010 9/13/2010 After waking in the morning I found 3 bedbug bites on my arm. I went down to the lobby and asked to see a pest control log so I could see if my room had a problem. They refused, saying that the pest control company kept the logs. They told me they were sorry I had a problem and told me there would be no bill for my stay.
