On Jul 13 2012 Stayed on night on 7/10/2012- awoke with numerous bed bug bites on arms, legs and face. Attempted to discuss this with local manager and corporate office- they will not return my calls. I won't be back.

On Mar 1 2012 I stayed in this hotel one night before a cruise on January 6, 2011. No signs of bed bugs in room. I was the only person in the room that opened their suitcase. Home diagnosed with bedbugs after our trip. Bedbug sniffing dog found them in my suitcase from the trip.

On Feb 21 2012 Bridget D wrote, ...being "worn" it is dirty and I got an "itchy" feeling as soon as we got to the room. The furniture was damaged, the floors and walls had been patched. I am not a 5 star person but I do like a decent place to stay. I am not suprised that another guest was bitten by bed bugs. These people are only interested in the number of guests they can get through and the money they can make. I was disgusted.

On Feb 19 2012 A T wrote, ...so I booked a 2.5 star hotel through Hotwire near FLL. Shuttle picked me up fine, room as OK as far as furnishings and housekeeping. But, there's one thing that I expect when I stay at a hotel, and that is that I won't be bitten by bed bugs. I awoke to 8 bites in the morning. Stay away - unfortunately with the DDT ban in the US, there is little that hotel owners can do to stop a bed bug problem.

While checking out and taking luggage to car I noticed the maintenance staff wearing respirators and carrying shiny metal sprayers like the kind exterminators use. They entered two rooms in different areas of hotel when I was loading up. I never saw a bed bug or roach but I'm assuming they were spraying for one of them. I will not stay here again just too dirty for me.

On Apr 15 2008 elsasbest wrote, ...uncomfortable bed in my life. It sank to one side and you felt like you were falling out of bed all night long. I also itched all night long. I only imagined that there were bed bugs! Yuck! The breakfast buffet was pretty good. No complaints there. Also, the shuttle to the cruise was smooth going. That was a plus. I wouldn't stay here again. There are plenty of other places in Ft. Lauderdale.
