On Aug 20 2012 Lifted up the sheets and mattress before settling in and found mature dead bedbug under the mattress. Didn't look like it had been dead for long. Contacted desk staff who were very nice. apologetic and accomodating. Friend found a bedbug on towel in bathroom as well. We were both given full refunds. Staff handled problem very well, but had no idea their hotel had a problem. Hopefully they take steps...

On May 22 2011 May 22 2011 I had brought my own pillow in from home. I was lifting the 3 pillows from the bed when I spotted a very small red insect on the corner of the bed. I then further investigated the mattress, the boxspring, the sheets and the other pillows. I discovered a red smear of marks along the sheets of the mattress.

On Nov 8 2010 We found a bed bug in our bed (room #507) at 9pm on Friday, 11/6/10. Had to change hotels as they only had smoking rooms left. Was horrified to find bed bugs. Brought bug down to front desk to show manager on duty and he agreed/confirmed it was a bed bug. We asked for the Comfort Inn to pay for our room at the hotel we had to move to and were told to call the manager on duty on Monday
