On Oct 28 2011 Stayed on 4th floor at the now Crowne Plaza (same hotel) 10/21/11 and 10/22/11. Woke up with 7 bites. Contacted mgmt who was extremely helpful. They had the place inspected and found minimal activity. Then they exterminated. They were extremely helpful and apologetic.
