On Aug 12 2011 Michael K wrote, ...have stayed at the Hamilton Inn Select in the past and had a larger, cleaner room for less money. Guests at the Hamilton Select Inn have access to the water park at the Comfort Suites so there is really no reason to stay at the Comforts Suites at all. My wife woke with bed bug bites. Check the other reviews we are not the only ones the have this problem. This is just a dirty place to be avoided.

On Jun 10 2011 holliedoll wrote, ...or an apology that our stay wasn't perfect. That's what their sign says at least. The GM said he would "check" the room, and then get back to me. I'm not even sure if the room was checked, but checking and cleaning are two different things. I then had to email embarrassing pictures of our backsides only to get a response of "I'm not a doctor, but those aren't bed bugs" I've called corporate.

On Sep 3 2010 mackinawoften wrote, ...I emailed a complaint later he said the carpet "may have been a little damp" but refused to discount my room. Also, I awoke with weird bug bites on my legs so I am wondering after reading other people's reviews if the hotel had bed bugs! yuk! I wouldn't be surprised because this hotel is so badly managed. It used to be a good hotel but I understand is under different management now. What a shame.

On Jul 6 2010 tankerchic wrote, Broken windows, hundreds of bugs and poor management. It started the moment we walked into the room. We opened the window and it clicked as if it locked, however, it fell and hit my son (21-month old) on the head. Maintenance came and discovered that THREE windows needed new parts and that they are going to screw it shut so it cannot be opened. The internet was in and out and just got to be frustrating...
