On Oct 19 2012 Booked 2 rooms on 9-27-2012. When covers were turned down bed bugs ran all over sheets. Several were killed and 1 live one was captured and turned in to the hotel desk. Tried to talk to a manager, but none on duty. After several letters to corporate and complaint to Chamber of Commerce the cost of one room was refunded.

On Oct 9 2011 Stephanie ____. wrote, ...in room 219 of this hotel and upon checking the beds and untucking sheets, my husband found a Bed bug on the back side of the comforter. When we placed it in a cup and asked for our card to be credited so we could go else where, the manager looked at the bed bug and threw it in the garbage can next to him and said he couldn't help us. On Aug 24 2011 Jan wrote, ...specks and placed them on a light colored table in the room and pushed on one with my finger and blood squirted from the bug. I reported it to management and they said they would shut down the room and follow the bed bug protocol they had been taught. Management moved us to a different room which we inspected and found no bugs. The manager was very apologetic and thanked us for reporting it.
