I had two agents one could not understand me well enough to do the booking and the second was trying to talk me into a more expensive hotel. Anyway, the room. It was a Motel 6 at Quality Inn prices. Our mattress actually sagged. I did not see any bed bugs, it was old enough and stained enough that I looked. The staff were nice and very helpful.

Dirty carpet, gross caulking around toilet, ____ in ceiling, splintered door, etc. Woke to find LOTS of bed bug bites. The manager offered no apology, or compensation, and smiled as he gave us our receipt. Quality Inn should remove this Inn or risk ruining their reputation.

On Aug 1 2011 eaglemom2 wrote, ...sleeping area and bathroom. Next we checked the mattresses on both beds (since we heard alot about bedbugs) and found that one of them had a brand new box spring under a very old, stained mattress that proved to be uncomfortable as well. The other bed had both an old box spring and old, stained mattress also. There were no mattress protectors on them which we believe all hotels should have these...
