On Oct 12 2010 Sunday, September 26th, Room 221, one of the beds (by the window) had dirty sheets showing hair and debris, and the other bed (closer to the bathroom) had an insect crawling under the pillow. It was small and brown and my husband pressed it with his finger and it smeared into the sheets leaving a light brown streak. On Oct 11 2010 Marion wrote, Room 117. When I woke up on Sat 10/1/10 I found a bright red blood stain on the sheet and 2 blood stains on the back band of my PJ's. I did not see any bugs. Hotel looked very clean and Leah at the desk was very helpful. When I went home I threw out my PJ's and slippers and washed everything including my back pack. I brought very little into the room.

The beds weren't as comfortable as most CS and the pillows were lumpy. I'm used to really good pillows at CS! The price for a room was a bit steep for the Lumberton area and the fact that this CS isn't up to par with other CS. The breakfast was ok, but again, not as good as other CS I've stayed in....

On May 30 2009 Summer19_9 wrote, Recently stayed at this hotel. The staff were fine and the service was ok. The big negative was that I woke up from my overnight stay with BED BUG BITES! Along with the bites there was a roach found crawling in our room.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
