On Oct 7 2011 My husband stayed there two nights ago and woke up in the middle of the night to discover he was being devoured by bedbugs. Dozens of them (at least) visible in the bed. He was covered in bites. Hotel management was responsive and arranged to wash his clothing (he did not stay a second night), but this is inexcusable. On Jun 9 2010 3rd floor bedbugs before renovations in June 2009. Requested to be present during the inspection but hotel went ahead with it without my knowledge-reported no bed bugs even though I had over 120 bits across my arms, neck, and legs.
