On Nov 8 2012 Jason W wrote, ...floor in front of it. The TV remote was covered in a mix of dried 'stuff', and I didn't dare touch it. Not trusting the rest of the room, including check for bedbugs (there were 4 different layers to check so I really hope I checked enough), I had to continuously wash my hands. I won't stay at this hotel again, and it will take some effort for me to not associate Hyatt with filthy, unsafe hotels.

On Oct 25 2011 DaRuMaCa wrote, ...room. The doors have no insulation. Based on that alone, I would not return. The check in staff failed to note our request for a "quiet room" and those doors doors must be made of paper. I have three criteria for a good hotel No bed bugs; quiet so I can get a good nights sleep and cleanliness and well stocked. The hotel met only two of that criteria. Noisy hotel rooms means we will not return.
