On Nov 21 2012 ...bites the next morning. Nothing like the others listed below, but there is something going on at this hotel. I ended up getting a bite here and there for the next 2 weeks as I traveled with the same suitcase. I spent $300 when I got home to have my house sprayed and everything in my bedroom cleaned. More as a precaution, but I'm fairly certain a few bugs were in my suitcase with me. G-R-O-S-S!

We reported it to the front desk they changed her room. Later on that afternoon I expressed to the general manager Kenny Didier that my room needs to be changed as well he told me it wasn't protocol for them to change my room. On Nov 13 2010 Mary wrote, almost a year ago (2009) a co-worker and his fiance suffered from bites all over their bodies when staying at this hotel, management agreed to desinfect the room and even changed the mattress but as the most recent comment posted this hotel needs to re-evaluate their housekeeping procedures and verify all rooms to prevent more infestation!
