On Nov 27 2011 Natasha wrote, I came home after 2 nights and my back, the back of my arms and buttocks were covered with bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel and they told me they were checking and bringing a pest control service and let me know. So far I haven't heard back from them. Not the best response I have to say, considering I am a gold member and I usually stay at Hilton properties. Never again at this one!

On Sep 11 2011 We checked-in on Saturday,September 10,2011. Went to the room #288 checked for begbugs and on the mattress pad(which also had stains on it) was a live bedbug.YUCK! The hotel itself wasn't very accommodating, they wanted to give us another room.At that point I just wanted to leave. Hope this helps.
