On Mar 19 2011 only1kirk wrote, ...in front of us, while walking to our room. We entered the room to find that it had not been cleaned from the past guests it was absolutely filthy. For instance there was bread inside one of the drawers, roach powder lined the corners of the room. We checked the bed for signs of bedbugs to discover that there may have been there at one time. We immediately checked out and had our money refunded.

On Feb 23 2011 glynis442 wrote, We checked into a non smoking room that smelled like someone just smoked 2 packs of cigarettes in. It was late & we had kids asleep in the car so we were going to just ____ it up & deal with the smell. Then we pulled down the covers of the bed to find DEAD BUGS. Not sure they were bed bugs or not, but we got back in the car, demanded a cancellation & left. Spend the extra $10 and stay in a clean place...

On May 5 2010 marcydaisy wrote, ...said THEY'D have to PAY HIM to stay there again! IT was dirty, had fleas, nothing worked as it should and I asked several people how their night was and almost all said their beds were terrible! Complained and waiting for Day's Inn to tell me IF they'll give us a free night at any other location. They have to investigate. Customer Service didn't know the difference between bedbugs and fleas! DUH!
