On Jul 30 2012 Drew wrote, Stayed at the Marriott Fairfield Inn Frederickburg, VA from 7/25/2012 to 7/27/2012. Bed bugs were in the room. I was bitten badly all night by bed bugs and have photos of bites and bugs in the room to prove. Lifted mattress and looked on floor near bed and you could see the bugs with your naked eyes. Manager didn't respond to my complaint and will probably deny my legitimate claim. STAY AWAY from this...

On May 17 2012 Associate wrote, Dispute a bedbug report posted on 05/09/12. I have been working at this property for long time never had bedbug issue. In addition, the report posted on 05/09/12 was missposted, it has nothing to do with this Fairfield Inn & Suites. We are not pet friendly hotel and we do not charge $ 100 pet fee. On May 9 2012 ...al over me. Called the manager she offered to move me to another room. We did and pulled back the mattress and you could see them crawling.Checked out immediately.Manager lied and said they have never had bed bugs, They did try and charge me for the room plus 100,00 pet fee. 245.00 total. After I spoke to manager again she took the room charge off but still made me pay the pet fee! STAY AWAY!

On Apr 25 2012 Correction: We stayed in room 312, not 316, (sorry!). After leaving messages for the manager, we were finally contacted. The manager said that they had an exterminator inspect the rooms and did not find any signs of bed bugs. We did, however, receive bed bug bites from our stay.

On Apr 15 2012 We stayed in room 316 on April 6,2012 and had bed bug bites bit us on both our arms and legs. We called the manager a few days later to inform them of the situation and they never responded to us. Do NOT stay here.
